What you’ll be doing
As a skilled worker, you will complete a wide range of building & groundwork projects, maintenance and repair work. You will coordinate with Contract Managers to understand the jobs allocated to you and to provide a high-quality service to our customers. You must have an eye for attention to detail and solid organisational skills, as you’ll be expected to maintain accurate, high-quality records of the jobs you attend.
What we’d like from you
You will have a groundwork and/or general building background, but additional trades experience such as bricklaying, carpentry, roofing etc are also beneficial.
Qualifications and technical skills we’d love to see include:
- NVQ 2/3 or equivalent experience in Bricklaying or similar
- Experience with other trades such as groundworks, carpentry or roofing would be highly beneficial
- Full clean UK driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)
- An up-to-date CSCS card and DBS check are preferred but not essential
