Alcumus SafeContractor is a SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) accreditation that collects and verifies information across health, safety, financial and ethical practices. It also covers extremely specific areas, such as permits to work at height, or hazardous material handling and includes the standard question sets defined within PAS91.
The scheme recognises extremely rigorous health and safety standards where businesses must undergo a vetting process that scrutinises health and safety arrangements, policies, and their track record for safe practice. Only those who meet these high standards are crowned with the accreditation, evidence that our business is operating with a uniform health and safety compliance standard.
